Recruitment Specialist is a mid-level role designed to embed strong people practices and development discipline within recruitment teams. Key Accountabilities
1. Operational Excellence (OX)
- Advanced Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Process Advocacy: Ensure team compliance with recruitment standards, data integrity, and operational workflows.
2. Development Experience (DX)
- Mentorship: Support the onboarding and skill development of Talent Builders and Analysts.
- Capability Building: Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the delivery unit.
- Personal Mastery: Maintain high learning agility and stay updated on industry talent trends.
3. Client & People Experience (CX/PX)
- Culture Stewardship: Actively promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure high-quality candidate and client interactions, upholding the firm's reputation.
Experience And Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years of proven recruitment experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields.
- Competencies: Strong influence skills (without formal authority), mentorship ability, and high emotional intelligence.
