Recruitment Specialist - Contractual

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist (Contractual) to support high-volume hiring requirements and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining a positive candidate experience within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement of candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and organizational culture
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Ensure timely interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and interviewers
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Drive a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
• Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives when required
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and documentation requirements
• Assist in ad hoc recruitment projects and hiring drives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably high-volume or BPO/shared services hiring
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
