We at Coforge are hiring for Recruitment Specialist with the following skillset:
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and profile candidates for open roles.
- Maintain an updated roster of candidates information.
- Candidate Management.
- Facilitate Language Assessments.
- Endorsement of Background Check Verification.
- Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
- Maintain and respond to candidates queries from online sources.
- Conceptualize employee branding, recruitment strategies (online and onsite).
- Train new HR Recruiters (induction program).
- Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future.
- Send daily, weekly, monthly report and hiring data.
- Assist in hiring support roles if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
