About The Role
We are looking for a highly proactive
Recruitment Officer to support our growing workforce needs, specifically focused on sourcing and hiring
delivery drivers. The ideal candidate has experience in
high-volume recruitment within logistics, transportation, or manpower industries and can efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for delivery drivers and related operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and community-based channels.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and endorsements to hiring managers.
High-Volume Hiring Management
- Manage large volumes of applicants while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of driver candidates.
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and mass recruitment activities.
Candidate Screening & Onboarding
- Verify candidate qualifications, licenses, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements (NBI clearance, driver's license, etc.).
- Coordinate onboarding and deployment with operations teams.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to align hiring targets and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in logistics, delivery services, or manpower agencies.
- Experience hiring delivery drivers, riders, or field personnel is highly preferred.
- Familiar with high-volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
