Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
Collaborates closely with Recruitment Leads and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and preferences
Source for qualified candidates and generate leads. Maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future job openings. Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates who may be a fit for the organization down the road.
Uses various methods to identify potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and evaluating the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
Administers tests/assessment tools based on Clients hiring requirements
Endorses qualified candidates to hiring managers and do interview scheduling
Secure Rate Card approvals and Facilitate negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between candidates and the hiring businesses.
Supports Onboarding Team in the completion of candidates pre-employment requirements
Regular updates of recruitment trackers & databases
Adhere to the company's recruitment policies and best practices
Participate in Sourcing or Recruitment Initiatives and Activities
Deliver and Complete ad hoc functions or projects that may be assigned
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market intelligence
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Psychology, HRM or any related field.
At least 2 years of overall experience in the field of recruitment (in-house, agency, or executive) or relevant experience to the role/work assignment.
Work experience preferably focusing on direct sourcing, candidate generation methodologies, attraction methods and/or selection
Has the ability to connect and communicate with across all organizational levels
Adaptable to changing requirements and business updates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak with a diverse group of people.
Familiarity with common ATS, Microsoft or G-suite applications/tools, spreadsheets, in particular.
Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule and report onsite/hybrid.
