Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the company's values, culture, and sustainability-driven mission. This role ensures timely and strategic manpower sourcing to support business growth while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding coordination
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and final interviews
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness) and provide regular reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
  • Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and HR projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience in real estate, construction, or property development hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics
