Job Summary
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the company's values, culture, and sustainability-driven mission. This role ensures timely and strategic manpower sourcing to support business growth while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding coordination
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and final interviews
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness) and provide regular reports
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and HR projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
