The position is responsible in taking the lead in planning and developing sourcing programs to ensure hiring of quality personnel and maintain a continuous pool of highly qualified applicants
- Oversees implementation of sourcing activities/initiatives and prepares detailed post-activity reports.
- Oversees the supervision of sourcing personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
- Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for key positions.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors.
- Ensures that there are enough candidate sources to meet the needs of all assigned business units.
- Works closely with Recruitment Manager to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, ensure that job descriptions are updated and obtain job behavioral profiles.
- Develops recommendations and present findings to department management; participating in special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 2-4 years recruiting experience in a BPO set-up, Recruitment firm, Sourcing or Outbound Team Lead
- Experience or background in Marketing or Recruitment branding would be an advantage
- Knowledge of general recruitment processes
