Recruitment Resourcer (Manufacturing, Industrial or Trades & Labour Recruitment) (Up to P45K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

Philippines | Remote (WFH) | 6:30 AM–3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

You own the end-to-end candidate pipeline and sourcing strategy for technical trades and industrial roles, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality talent aligned with client needs. Your work follows a disciplined delivery context, moving from job brief to placement while maintaining strict compliance, WHS, and licensing verification standards.

This is not a passive support role; you operate with urgency to manage high-volume recruitment queues and fast-turnaround placements within clearly defined scopes. It is best suited for professionals who thrive in operationally driven environments, value accountability, and prefer structured delivery over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 1.5–2+ years of recruitment experience within an agency environment, specifically in manufacturing, industrial, or trades.
  • Hands-on responsibility for sourcing blue-collar and technical trades via LinkedIn, job boards, and database searches.
  • Working knowledge of site-based compliance, WHS requirements, tickets, and licenses.
  • Experience operating under high-volume recruitment cycles and fast-paced agency delivery standards.
  • Willingness to work a dayshift (6:30 AM–3:30 PM) and comply with a fully remote, WFH setup.

Strong Signals

  • Experience within labor hire or on-hire workforce models.
  • Knowledge of industrial awards and site-specific requirements.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific licenses such as Forklift or EWP

Responsibility Pillars

Candidate Attraction & Pipeline Ownership You own the full sourcing lifecycle, ensuring that talent pools are proactively built and maintained to meet current and future demand.

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Write and post engaging job ads to attract high-quality technical talent.
  • Build active talent pipelines aligned with client-specific needs.

Vetting & Compliance Management You are responsible for the integrity of the shortlist, ensuring every candidate meets technical and legislative standards before placement.

  • Conduct detailed phone and virtual screening interviews.
  • Perform reference checks and verify all compliance documentation and licenses.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records within the CRM/ATS system.

Client Delivery & Coordination You partner with consultants to translate role requirements into successful placements through market insights and process management.

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer management.
  • Provide insights on candidate availability and salary expectations.
  • Execute onboarding processes to ensure a professional candidate experience
