Role Overview
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment team by identifying and engaging high-quality candidates within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a primary focus on Japan. This position requires strong sourcing skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to build relationships with candidates in specialized markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for roles in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries across APAC, primarily Japan.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates for suitability based on job requirements and client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent availability in APAC markets.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in candidate sourcing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in life sciences or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of APAC markets; knowledge of Japanese language and culture is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
