What will you be doing

Specialists take on a more active role, conducting in-depth market research, analysing data, and presenting findings. They contribute to the development of market reports and presentations, often working independently on specific projects. Specialists have a strong understanding of market intelligence methodologies and are comfortable communicating complex insights to stakeholders.

Key Activities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends and developments in the recruitment industry.
  • Utilise various tools and resources to gather data and information on candidate behaviour, market demands, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on market insights.
  • Support the senior team in various projects and initiatives, utilising your market insights to drive success.
  • Sourcing for talent pool (when necessary) and providing insight into the talent market landscape
  • Keep track of industry news and updates to stay ahead of the curve and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Take on solo tasks and projects, showcasing your ability to work independently and deliver exceptional results.
  • Join the intake/job briefing to understand internal and external customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to stay informed and gain valuable insights.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends, and share this knowledge with the team to enhance our recruitment efforts.

What are we looking for

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong attention to detail; formatting and presentation skills are required
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Strong creative skills, including presenting, building proposals, briefing stakeholders, and managing work-in-progress updates
  • Experience in stakeholder management is advantageous
  • Open to candidates from EA/secretarial backgrounds, with proficiency in PowerPoint for document content creation
  • Prior recruitment experience is required
  • Excellent English communication skills
