Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer based in Metro Manila. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates. They will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ensure compliance with company hiring policies, and develop strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will maintain a talent pool and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Job Description Development to accurately capture role requirements and expectations.
  • Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates for diverse roles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance with labor laws and standards in the Philippines.
