About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, exceptional sourcing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in remote sourcing is a big advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
- Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
- Strong background in sourcing through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Remote sourcing experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas on a hybrid schedule.
