The Role
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and operational needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, ensure a smooth recruitment process, and deliver high-quality candidates aligned with both skill and culture fit.

What You'll Be Accountable For
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and networks)
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and cultural alignment
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support hiring decisions
• Ensure timely updates and alignment throughout the hiring process
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates
• Represent the company's culture, values, and brand in all interactions
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Recruitment Operations
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers and systems
• Ensure timely processing of offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline health
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with HR, Admin, and department heads to ensure seamless onboarding
• Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment and talent acquisition
Culture & Values
• Promote a culture of integrity, service, and accountability in hiring practices
• Act as a role model for values-driven recruitment

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in FMCG or high-volume hiring is an advantage
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles, meet deadlines, and deliver results
