RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Starting salary: PHP 14,000

Job Description

  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules.
  • Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage HRIS efficiently.
  • Conduct background checks on applicants.
  • Assist in orientations and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Update and maintain endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports.
  • Provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies.
  • Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager.
  • Source and manage applicant leads through various recruitment channels.
  • Organize and encode applicant data in the HR database.
  • Post and share job vacancies on social media and job boards.
  • Respond to basic applicant inquiries and encourage application completion.
  • Manage and maintain recruiter Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Join and engage in job hiringrelated social media groups.
  • Support recruitment marketing through market research and social media campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Organized and has strong attention to details.
  • Ability to assess presented information and decide the correct course according to the interest of the company's objectives.
  • Flexible.
  • Experience in recruitment and/or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required.

Equipment

  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Intel i3processor and 8 GB RAM).
  • Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Connectivity: Wired connection; minimum of 20 Mbps.
  • Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Discord.
