Job Description

Job Summary

  • The Recruitment Marketing OJT supports the talent acquisition team by managing daily candidate screening and job board operations while producing engaging visual and video content to attract top talent.

How will you contribute

  • Cross-post vacancies from the internal Careers Page to Kalibrr and Jobstreet, ensuring accurate formatting and tracking links.
  • Review incoming applicants daily against Must-Have criteria and immediately endorse qualified profiles to the relevant recruiters.
  • Act as the bridge between applicants and recruiters, following up weekly on the status of endorsed candidates to ensure feedback is logged.
  • Design on-brand recruitment graphics using Canva and edit short-form videos to promote open roles and company culture.
  • Compile data on ad performance (views vs. applications) and pipeline health (screened vs. endorsed) into a weekly status report.
  • Send weekly follow-ups to keep candidates warm and update them on their application status.

What will make you successful

  • Currently enrolled as a third or fourth-year Marketing student, or in any related course
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • A highly motivated and proactive learner with a strong desire for professional development.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a long-term career within the banking industry is a significant advantage
  • Experience in using Canva is a plus
