About the Role
At The 360 Companies, we support US and global clients through high-quality recruitment and talent solutions. The Recruitment Manager leads the Philippines-based recruitment team supporting US and offshore hiring needs and works closely with US Talent Acquisition leaders to align hiring priorities, drive recruiter performance, and ensure consistent recruitment delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, stakeholders, and day-to-day recruitment operations in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing recruitment teams, preferably supporting US or global hiring
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices
- Experience working with US stakeholders and supporting US time zones
- Proven ability to manage performance, coach recruiters, and deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting recruitment metrics
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Philippines-based Talent Recruiters
- Drive individual and team performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular performance reviews
- Ensure timely evaluation of probationary employees for regularization
- Address underperformance through documented coaching, training, and corrective actions in coordination with HR
- Develop and maintain succession plans by identifying and preparing future leaders
- Conduct regular team meetings, huddles, and one-on-ones to reinforce goals and accountability
- Participate in management and Cebu leadership meetings
Recruitment Operations & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations supporting US and offshore hiring
- Ensure recruiters consistently meet KPIs, SLAs, and delivery targets
- Monitor recruitment performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements as needed
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with US Talent Acquisition Managers and US-based recruiters to align hiring strategies and priorities
- Collaborate with PH leaders to ensure alignment with company policies and processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment operations in the Philippines
- Promote an open, accountable, and performance-driven team culture
Training, Onboarding & Development
- Ensure timely hiring for internal recruitment needs
- Lead onboarding, training, retraining, and ongoing development of recruiters
- Mentor recruiters to support career growth and skills development
- Identify training gaps and implement structured development programs
Engagement, Attrition & Retention
- Work with HR to drive engagement and retention initiatives
- Monitor attrition trends and implement action plans to reduce turnover
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure recruitment practices align with US hiring requirements and company policies
- Maintain consistency and quality across recruitment processes
