Overview

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and managing Philippines-based recruiters supporting U.S.-based contingent labor staffing operations. Reporting to the U.S. AVP of Recruiting, this role ensures daily performance, quality, and productivity across the recruiting team. The Recruiting Manager drives recruiting processes, monitors KPIs, provides coaching, and maintains strong communication with U.S. leadership to ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters to meet performance targets while following established U.S. staffing processes.
  • Monitor daily recruiting activity, workload distribution, and adherence to SLAs to ensure timely and high-quality candidate submittals.
  • Track and analyze key performance metricsincluding submittals, interviews, fills, quality, and time-to-submitand implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure consistent use of sourcing strategies, screening standards, ATS accuracy, and full compliance with U.S. recruiting policies.
  • Serve as the primary communication link with the U.S. AVP of Recruiting, providing updates, reporting performance metrics, and executing strategic direction from U.S. leadership.
  • Identify process enhancements, training needs, and operational improvements that increase productivity and talent pipeline quality.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and initiatives from U.S. leadership and ensure successful adoption across the team.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume or contingent labor staffing, including leadership responsibility for a team of 10 or more.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based candidates and a strong understanding of U.S. staffing market dynamics, VMS/MSP environments, and contingent labor processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to deliver high-quality coaching through structured one-on-ones and active engagement to drive recruiter performance and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven strength in analyzing performance metrics and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Successful staffing experience across diverse industries such as IT/tech, light industrial, healthcare, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with ownership and accountability in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Working Environment & Physical Demands

  • Location: 18F Skyrise 3B, Jose Maria del Mar Street, Cebu I.T. Park, Apas, Cebu City, Cebu 6000
  • Schedule: 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT to support U.S.-based clients.
  • Full-time, onsite role.
  • Regular use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, VoIP systems, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Frequent listening and communication required to perform job duties effectively.
