About the Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead high-volume hiring for our retail operations across Visayas and Mindanao. This role is execution-focused and best suited for someone with strong familiarity with the local market and on-the-ground recruitment strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the volume recruitment for retail and operational roles across Visayas and Mindanao (VizMin), using both digital and on-ground sourcing channels
- Partner closely with store leaders, business stakeholders, and HR teams to meet manpower requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver hiring targets
- Drive recruitment efficiency and compliance through timely reporting, adherence to labor and data privacy standards, and participation in regional hiring and employer branding activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 35 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to volume or mass hiring
- Experience hiring for retail, FMCG, BPO, logistics, or multi-site operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across VizMin locations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
- Willing to do fieldwork, job fairs, and offsite hiring activities as needed
