Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and deployment, preferably within a manpower agency or outsourcing environment
  • Strong background in managing day-to-day recruitment operations, onboarding, and workforce deployment
  • Demonstrated experience handling Chinese-owned or Chinese-managed accounts in the Philippines
  • Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of acting as the primary Mandarin-speaking liaison between clients, internal teams, and deployed personnel
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
