Qualifications

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and deployment, preferably within a manpower agency or outsourcing environment
Strong background in managing day-to-day recruitment operations, onboarding, and workforce deployment
Demonstrated experience handling Chinese-owned or Chinese-managed accounts in the Philippines
Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
Capable of acting as the primary Mandarin-speaking liaison between clients, internal teams, and deployed personnel
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job requirements.
Oversee candidate screening and selection process to ensure alignment with company culture.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
