Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills;
Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants;
Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans;
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees;
Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business;
Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices;
Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget;
Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews; and
Lead global recruiting projects as needed.
Qualifications
Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral Science or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in high volume and healthcare recruitment
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and clinical hiring particularly in USRN and PHRN roles
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, terminologies, and industry standards
