Job Description:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy in alignment with the company's long-term goals.
- Provide guidance and direction to the recruitment team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and proactively address talent gaps.
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Cultivate a network of talent sources, including job boards, social media, industry events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Lead efforts to attract diverse candidates and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Implement effective assessment techniques, including interviews, tests, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is streamlined and efficient, optimizing time-to-fill ratios.
- Maintain and enhance the candidate experience, from initial contact to final offer.
Performance Management
- Ensure Targets and KPIs of Recruitment COE are met
- Contribute to the overall Target Gross Service Revenue (GSR) of the business by driving new businesses and retaining clients of Recruitment COE
- Initiate Interventions or Improve plans to drive success of Team's performance
- Performance monitoring and coaching
Team Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure members are equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their roles.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Regularly report on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Utilize technology and tools to enhance the recruitment process and streamline operations.
Budget Management:
- Preparation and securing of approval for COE's YOY Budget
- Monitor and ensure proper allocation and utilization of Recruitment Budget
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing recruitment teams.
- Proven experience handling high-volume, executive, technical, and niche hiring.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing recruitment strategies that support business growth.
- Experience managing recruitment budgets, workforce planning, and vendor partnerships.
