Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage recruitment operations, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of talent acquisition requirements across the organization. The role will oversee recruitment strategy, team performance, workforce planning, stakeholder management, sourcing, and recruitment analytics while ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
Given the organization's shared-services, staffing, outsourcing, and RPO environment, the ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements, high-volume recruitment, diverse job functions, and client-facing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment function, from sourcing and candidate assessment through interview coordination, endorsement, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational workforce plans and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop recruitment professionals, including Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Sourcing Specialists.
- Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, SLAs, productivity, fulfillment, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Oversee recruitment requirements across multiple business units, functions, and hiring programs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical, non-technical, specialized, and high-volume positions.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and proactively address bottlenecks, hiring risks, and fulfillment challenges.
- Analyze recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates, offer acceptance, fulfillment rate, and recruiter productivity.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, management reports, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Manage recruitment-related escalations and ensure timely resolution of candidate, stakeholder, and operational concerns.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, technology utilization, and candidate experience.
- Identify and implement appropriate recruitment technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting based on organizational and business demand.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, where applicable.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, established processes, service standards, and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in end-to-end and high-volume recruitment across multiple job functions and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing recruitment teams.
- Experience supporting local, regional, or multinational organizations, with the ability to manage diverse recruitment requirements and workforce scales.
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, RPO, BPO, shared services, or other service-oriented environments is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in stakeholder and hiring-manager management, including the ability to translate workforce requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, SLAs, recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent pipelining, market mapping, candidate engagement, and recruitment process optimization.
- Experience leveraging recruitment technology, automation, and AI-enabled sourcing or talent acquisition solutions is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring priorities, recruitment teams, stakeholders, and time-sensitive requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
