A Recruitment Manager oversees the entire recruitment process for a client company, managing a team of recruiters to source, screen, and place top talent while ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates within agreed-upon timelines and metrics, often working closely with the client's hiring managers to understand their specific needs and talent acquisition strategy.
Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, goals, and business priorities to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, candidate screening criteria, and interview processes.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of recruiters, assigning roles, providing coaching, and ensuring performance goals are met.
Talent Acquisition: Actively source and attract top talent through various channels like job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and video interviews, to identify qualified candidates.
Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics like fill rate, time-to-fill, and candidate quality to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Min of 4 years experience in Recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
•Experience handling more than 60 recruiters
•Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and roles
•Strong leadership and team management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates
•Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
•Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
•Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
