Join one of the region's most dynamic BPOs and help power a recruitment engine that supports global clients across multiple industries. As Recruitment Operations Manager (Day Shift), you'll lead a results-driven team responsible for meeting hiring targets, delivering against service levels, and driving continuous improvement in how we attract and onboard talent.

You don't need to come from a recruitment background we're looking for an operational leader who knows how to manage performance, optimise processes, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment delivery team supporting AU-based clients.
  • Oversee team performance across key delivery metrics time-to-fill, productivity, quality, and SLA compliance.
  • Review pipeline activity, identify risks to fulfilment, and implement timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with day-shift and onshore leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and resource planning.
  • Drive accountability for performance through structured reviews, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage operational reporting, dashboards, and visibility of key recruitment metrics.
  • Lead daily or weekly huddles to review team progress, set priorities, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Collaborate with HR, Workforce, and IT to ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
  • Support the rollout of systems, tools, and analytics that strengthen performance management and visibility.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • 35 years experience in operations management, service delivery, or workforce leadership within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes against clear SLAs and KPIs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Willingness to work on a day shift.
