The Role

The Recruitment Engagement Specialist is a strategic partner to Recruitment and Marketing, driving initiatives that enhance talent acquisition through digital marketing, community engagement, candidate lead generation, employer branding, and candidate experience.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, supporting recruiters with tools and content, and executing external engagement programs that improve hiring outcomes, workforce stability, and brand visibility. By bridging marketing, recruitment, and community engagement, this position ensures talent strategies align with workforce needs and service delivery goalsultimately driving sustainable hiring success.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in Recruitment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting tools. Is a Plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and online engagement strategies. Is a Plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition support, in Colombia and the Philippines, schedule flexibility is a must.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, etc.).
  • Experience in community engagement and building partnerships with schools, universities, and local organizations.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Ability to create data-driven reports and present insights to leadership.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) for global communication.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Pipeline Development
  • Design proactive sourcing strategies leveraging technology and data.
  • Build community outreach programs with schools, universities, language institutions, job boards, local organizations, and industry networks.
  • Develop partnerships to strengthen long-term talent pools.
  • Recruiter Enablement
  • Position recruiters as thought leaders through LinkedIn presence, industry content, networking events, and public forums.
  • Create branded, standardized templates, interview packets, and candidate guides.
  • Provide tools and resources to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Act as a digital influencer and lead generation expert to strengthen DOXA's brand positioning.
  • Engagement Channels & Community Building
  • Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other professional platforms.
  • Support LinkedIn Life and employer branding initiatives.
  • Foster talent communities and maintain active engagement with potential candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement & Experience
  • Develop candidate-facing materials (interview prep guides, resume tips, LinkedIn optimization).
  • Enhance communication and follow-up processes to improve candidate experience.
  • Support referral and rehoming strategies to maximize talent retention.
  • Recruitment Marketing & Content Support
  • Collaborate with marketing to feed the social media engine with recruitment-focused content understanding urgencies and priorities of the recruitment team.
  • Design and manage external recruitment campaigns (social posts, videos, success stories).
  • Ensure consistent employer brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Process Standardization & Optimization
  • Develop and improve SOPs for recruitment marketing, candidate communication, and engagement workflows.
  • Implement best practices for scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Pull data from multiple sources: CRM systems, social media analytics, Google Analytics, email platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across channels.
  • Track campaign performance (click-through rates, impressions, engagement).
  • Measure ROI for paid ads, social campaigns, and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Monitor conversion funnels (e.g., application conversion, cost per hire).
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights and recommend optimizations.
