Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Recruitment Coordinator. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment processes including identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include assisting with onboarding processes, fostering positive candidate relationships, and maintaining recruitment records and reports efficiently. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing candidates
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related function is preferred
