Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our recruitment operations for US-based clients. This role involves scheduling interviews, assisting recruiters, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple US time zones.
  • Provide candidates with interview details, preparation materials, and timely follow-ups.
  • Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment cycle.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, phone, or messaging platforms.

Administrative Support

  • Manage job postings across job boards and internal platforms.
  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly recruitment status updates for the US team.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate closely with US Account Managers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure alignment on interview schedules, job requirements, and candidate status.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all candidate documentation and interview records are complete and compliant.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 13 years of experience as a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience with US onboarding is required.
  • Recruitment experience in an RPO or BPO environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for US stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support US time zones.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
