You operate within a structured agency environment where you are responsible for technical vetting, offer management, and maintaining strict time-to-fill metrics. You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 1.52+ years of recruitment experience in an agency setting within engineering or technical manufacturing markets.
• Proven track record recruiting across disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.
• Experience connecting candidates to site-based or operational roles like trades, technicians, or supervisors.
• Strong capability in screening technically specialized candidates for both professional and hands-on roles.
