You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 1.52+ years of agency recruitment experience in engineering, technical, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
• Proven ability to recruit across engineering disciplines or technical manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across permanent and contract assignments.

Responsibility Pillars

Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Governance

You own the discovery and attraction phase, ensuring the client has access to the top 5% of technical talent.

• Execute active sourcing strategies to identify niche engineering and technical specialists.
• Build and maintain a Ready-Now talent pipeline aligned with recurring client technical requirements.
• Write and post factual, technical job advertisements that attract qualified industrial personas.

Screening & Technical Assessment

You act as the primary gatekeeper, ensuring every candidate submitted meets the client's rigorous technical standards.

• Conduct detailed screening interviews to evaluate technical capability, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Verify compliance documentation, professional licenses, and perform thorough reference checks.
• Ensure all candidate records in the database are current, clean, and audit-ready.

Stakeholder Coordination & Delivery

You manage the momentum of the recruitment process to ensure high-velocity placements.

• Partner with consultants to provide market insights on salary expectations and candidate availability.
• Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, managing feedback loops and offer stages with urgency.
• Work toward KPIs including placement volume and candidate retention metrics to drive team revenue.
