About the Role

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in driving highquality recruitment delivery through advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants and business leaders, taking ownership of talent pipelines for critical roles while contributing insights on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategy.

This role is suited for an experienced sourcing professional who brings structure, rigor, and a consultative mindset to candidate identification and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend talent sourcing for assigned roles, delivering highquality, wellscreened candidate shortlists.
• Conduct indepth market mapping and talent intelligence, identifying target companies, competitor landscapes, and niche talent pools.
• Proactively engage seniorlevel and passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and professional networks.
• Perform rigorous candidate screening and qualification, assessing technical fit, career motivation, and market alignment.
• Partner closely with Recruitment Consultants to refine search strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Provide market insights and talent advisory input to support client and consultant decisionmaking.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Support junior sourcers or researchers where required, contributing to best practices and team capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment delivery, preferably within an agency or search environment.
• Strong capability in market research, candidate mapping, and proactive outreach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with consultants and team members.
• Commercial awareness of hiring trends, talent supply, and market dynamics.
