Job Description

The Consultant plays a critical role in delivering high-quality recruitment services within assigned job families. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring assignments, developing strong talent networks, and contributing to the team's commercial and operational success.

Manage Recruitment Assignments

  • Together with the Practice Lead, the Consultant's lead and complete full-cycle hiring mandates within assigned job families, ensuring high-quality shortlists and timely delivery—this includes mandates assigned by the General Manager and Managing Director.

Performance & KPI Achievement

  • Consistently meet the KPIs and billing expectations set by the Practice Lead, demonstrating discipline, ownership, and results orientation. This includes hitting or exceeding minimum 5-7 weekly endorsement thresholds, and meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives.

Client Engagement: Business Development & Market Intelligence

  • Consultant are required to achieve a minimum of 5-10 meaningful client interactions per month, which may include hiring meetings, detailed job briefings (face-to-face or virtual), new business development engagements, and ongoing client relationship management. All interactions must reflect high standards of responsiveness, service quality, and trust. Consultants are also expected to gather and communicate market and industry updates, competitor activity to support strategic decision-making and new business opportunities.

Talent Sourcing & Network Building

  • Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of qualified professionals relevant to the practice areas supported.

Team Collaboration

  • Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to collective performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take on supplementary tasks or projects aligned with business goals, as assigned by the General Manager and Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of solid experience in a headhunting or executive search firm, supporting various industries and global/local multinational companies
  • Strong business development experience, with proven track record of bringing in new clients and growing client portfolios
  • Experienced working on mid-level and senior roles, engaging directly with hiring managers
  • Strong track record of hitting KPIs assigned (revenue, productivity, quality etc.)
  • Excellent work ethics, willing to go the extra mile and with alignment on company values
  • Independent self-starter, can hit the ground running and self-managing with job assignments
