Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Antipolo for a Recruitment Associate/Specialist. The role will involve tasks such as hiring, communication, interviewing, recruiting, and screening candidates on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience
• Hiring and Recruiting skills
• Communication and Interviewing skills
• Experience in candidate screening
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
