We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our growing Manila team. This role is ideal for someone at a trainee or junior level who is motivated to build a successful career in international recruitment within a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development and Recruitment teams in delivering high-quality candidates for client roles.
- Source and identify candidates across international markets using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and personal networks.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for active and future job opportunities.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews via phone and video calls.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and recruitment progress within internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Continuously develop knowledge of technology, financial services, and banking-related roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 02 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
- Recruitment experience from an agency environment is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Interest in technology or financial services industries is preferred
- Strong initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
- The ability to quickly understand new concepts and industries
