We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our growing Manila team. This role is ideal for someone at a trainee or junior level who is motivated to build a successful career in international recruitment within a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development and Recruitment teams in delivering high-quality candidates for client roles.
  • Source and identify candidates across international markets using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and personal networks.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for active and future job opportunities.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews via phone and video calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and recruitment progress within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and market trends.
  • Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of technology, financial services, and banking-related roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • 02 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
  • Recruitment experience from an agency environment is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in technology or financial services industries is preferred
  • Strong initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
  • The ability to quickly understand new concepts and industries
