What You'll Do
- Support recruitment by finding qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collect and accurately record job descriptions.
- Write and post job ads on job boards and the company website; promote roles internally.
- Source candidates via databases, job boards, social media, events, head-hunting, and referrals.
- Market job vacancies through various channels and monitor the need for new hires.
- Review resumes to shortlist based on credentials and conduct interviews to assess suitability before advancing candidates.
- Understand clients needs, maintain communication, and provide feedback.
- Maintain contact with active candidates to ensure proper job placement.
- Perform background and reference checks; conduct pre-employment screenings, including required documents and assessments.
- Propose improvements to recruitment policies.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology or relevant field
- At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Sharepoint/Onedrive)
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills as well
- Be a team player, always demonstrating the values and service
- Has a sense of independence, and responsibility, and is goal-oriented.
Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM – 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, other days remote)
