Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing of candidates, pre-screening, interview, and onboarding)
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to assess and evaluate recruitment initiatives
  • Represent the company in recruitment activities such as job fairs, caravans, and the like
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Prepare Recruitment Reports
  • Attend Calibration / Meetings pertaining to Recruitment and Sourcing activities
  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in volume hiring in the financial services industry or BPO industry.
  • A self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.
  • Detailed and process oriented
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc.)
