Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing of candidates, pre-screening, interview, and onboarding)
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to assess and evaluate recruitment initiatives
- Represent the company in recruitment activities such as job fairs, caravans, and the like
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
- Prepare Recruitment Reports
- Attend Calibration / Meetings pertaining to Recruitment and Sourcing activities
- Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in volume hiring in the financial services industry or BPO industry.
- A self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.
- Detailed and process oriented
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc.)
