Job Description
The Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure efficient hiring delivery. This project-based role provides strong exposure to volume hiring campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate coordination
Assist with interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment trackers daily
Support job posting and respond to applicant inquiries
Prepare basic recruitment activity reports
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of candidate information
Provide administrative and recruitment support as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
Entry-level recruitment or sourcing experience
Open to fresh graduates with training/exposure in volume hiring or staffing environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced projects
Willing to work on-site or hybrid depending on project requirements
