Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activitiesfrom sourcing and screening candidates to assisting with onboarding. This role involves posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The Recruitment Assistant will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR team to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process while also contributing to various HR-related tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or a similar HR function
  • Experience in volume hiring is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City
  • Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Post job advertisements and ensure visibility across relevant channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Administer pre-employment assessments when applicable
  • Maintain and update the candidate database accurately
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and HR team
  • Support the onboarding process and help ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
