Who We Are

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience, specializing in water infrastructure projects including pipelaying works, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven (7) ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water Services, Inc.

About the Job

We are looking for a strategic and people-centric Recruitment and Training Development Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition and employee growth initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finding the right talent and ensuring they have the tools to succeed once they arrive. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle while simultaneously designing and implementing training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

About the Role

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for two critical pillars of our HR strategy:

Recruitment Leadership:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offering negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
  • Optimize recruitment channels and employer branding to attract top-tier candidates.

Training & Development:

  • Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate onboarding programs and professional development workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback.
  • Oversee the training budget and manage relationships with external vendors or consultants.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on recruitment and corporate training.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and awareness to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPTD) is a significant advantage.
