We are seeking a strategic Recruitment & Talent Development Manager to lead our human capital initiatives for a fast-growing retail environment. This role requires a blend of high-level talent acquisition, organizational development, and robust labor relations management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment: End-to-end management of the hiring lifecycle and proactive manpower planning to meet retail expansion needs.

Agency Management: Overseeing third-party staffing partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met.

Employee & Labor Relations: Handling employee discipline, grievance machinery, and ensuring 100% compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Talent Development: Identifying skill gaps and implementing high-level training programs to foster internal growth.
