Job Description

Position Summary

The Recruitment and Onboarding Lead is responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Remote Professionals (RPs), Executive CSR roles, and other open positions. This role ensures a high-quality talent pipeline and a world-class onboarding experience, guaranteeing that every hire is productive, aligned, and client-ready from Day 1.

You will partner closely with HR, Operations, and Client Services to deliver seamless recruitment and onboarding programs, supporting the company's growth and talent readiness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for Remote Professionals, Executive CSR, and other roles.

Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to understand role-specific requirements and expectations.

Build and maintain a scalable candidate pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

Apply creative, data-driven sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships.

Conduct competency-based and culture-fit interviews aligned with TSI standards.

Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting throughout the recruitment process.

  • Onboarding & Deployment Readiness

Own the end-to-end onboarding processfrom offer acceptance to deployment and client readiness.

Conduct Company Overview, Philippine Work Culture 101, and client-specific readiness orientation sessions.

Oversee system access provisioning, documentation, and tool handshakes.

Ensure all pre-deployment, compliance, and readiness requirements are completed before candidate deployment.

Monitor onboarding metrics such as Time-to-Access, Time-to-First-Output, and Onboarding Defects.

  • Onboarding Training & Early Performance Support

Deliver and manage TSIs foundational onboarding program covering communication etiquette, email/calendar management, document handling, and professionalism.

Coordinating with Training and Client Success Lead to align onboarding materials, readiness rubrics, and calibration standards.

Facilitate tools proficiency and behavioral readiness assessments during onboarding.

Track 30/60/90-day outcomes and recommend coaching, realignment, or role progression.

Maintain a centralized Onboarding & Readiness Library with updated, documented, and accessible resources.

  • Process Optimization & Reporting

Maintain dashboards tracking recruitment velocity, time-to-fill, onboarding readiness scores, early performance indicators, and feedback.

Identify gaps in recruitment and onboarding, recommend improvements, and standardize best practices.

Participate in weekly leadership syncs with Operations and Client Services to review recruitment and onboarding pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a Business-related field.

Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, or Operations in the BPO or corporate environment.

Strong background in full-cycle recruitment and structured onboarding programs.

Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.

Experience using ATS, onboarding tools, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).

Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with metrics and dashboards.

Leadership experience managing small teams is an advantage, but not required.
