Panoptik Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver IT and business projects, preferably within the banking and financial services sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

- Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively

- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates

- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

- Support process improvement and project management best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

- 36 years of project management experience

- Experience in IT, banking, or financial services preferred

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.)

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
