  • Develop, execute, and optimize employer branding campaigns across digital platforms
  • Drive the execution of digital communication strategies that support overall employer branding objectives
  • Monitor, track, and optimize the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Manage content calendar and online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
  • Analyze data and prepare analytics reports
  • Keep abreast of trends, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to leverage such trends in optimizing campaigns
  • Perform end to end recruitment for assigned functions

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Employer Branding; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in designing and producing creative social media assets preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good command of English
  • Prior recruitment experience is preferred
  • Independent, meticulous, and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
