The Talent Acquisition Analyst III will manage hiring for executive, IT, corporate, and operations roles. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and hiring skills, combined with expertise in data analytics and reporting, to provide actionable insights on recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring for executive, IT, corporate, and operations support positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics, trends, and reports to support hiring strategy.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide insights on recruitment effectiveness, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other key indicators.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the existing TA members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for at least 5 years, preferably handling executive, IT, corporate, or operations support roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and data reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS/ATS, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
