You own the administrative engine that powers the permanent recruitment lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and candidate presentation standards are met with zero friction. Your work involves high-volume CV formatting, CRM maintenance, and talent mapping to ensure consultants can deliver talent to clients without operational delays.

This is not a general clerical role. You operate within defined recruitment workflows, managing data entry and system updates in Target Recruit while executing precise candidate searches. Best suited for professionals who value high-speed accuracy, thrive in structured digital environments, and prefer clear output-based accountability.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment administration or specialized data support
• Hands-on expertise in CV formatting, CRM management (Target Recruit preferred), and Boolean search strings
• Demonstrated ability to execute talent mapping and data entry with high attention to detail
• Experience operating within fast-paced recruitment agency environments or offshore delivery centers
• Willingness to work a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM shift in a dedicated home office environment

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing
• Previous exposure to Australian recruitment market standards
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Boolean search logic

You own the accuracy of the recruitment database, ensuring every record is actionable and up to date.

• Maintain and update records within the Target Recruit CRM
• Add and categorize new job orders into the system
• Cross-check existing records to eliminate data duplication

Candidate Presentation & Formatting

You ensure every candidate submitted to a client meets the brand's professional standards.

• Format CVs to company templates with 100% accuracy
• Verify candidate information against system records
• Prepare candidate profiles for consultant review

Market Mapping & Sourcing Support

You provide the foundational research that allows consultants to identify top-tier talent.

• Conduct targeted Google and database searches for niche roles
• Execute talent mapping to identify potential candidate pools
• Support the sourcing team by building talent pipelines for permanent roles
