The Recruiting Supervisor – Backend leads the backend recruitment team, ensuring efficient hiring support operations. This role focuses on team supervision, coaching, data analysis, and execution of action plans to meet hiring targets within a fast-paced BPO environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage backend recruitment team performance and daily operations
- Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and quality
- Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights
- Create and execute action plans to address gaps and improve outcomes
- Ensure timely processing of candidate requirements and onboarding support
- Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to meet hiring goals
- Maintain compliance with recruitment processes and policies
Skills Requirements:
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience (preferably in BPO operations)
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and action planning

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
