About the Role
The Recruiter (Associate) will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sourcing strategy based on business growth forecasts. This person will work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and our hiring teams across the region to deliver effective execution of sourcing activities. He/she will provide advice and market insight on sourcing of roles required by the business.
Define the sourcing strategy for business requisitions by considering the most appropriate channels to source talent.
Provide support in sourcing of specialist roles as per business requirements and any ad-hoc support required by recruiters.
Identify prospects and generate an appropriate long list of candidates for each requirement allocated.
Engage appropriate candidates introducing interested parties to the recruitment process to convert prospects to active candidates.
Development of market mapping, advertising & sourcing strategies (both online and offline) to plan and advise where talent resides and how to engage the right people.
Conduct research to identify new sourcing channels, support development of business cases for cost efficiencies /synergies that can be leveraged at the region and / or the country level.
Develop branding and marketing materials for engaging with the sourcing network along with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team.
Network in the market and use social media outlets to build and maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
Support capture of competitive/market intelligence for assigned business areas and communicate findings to your talent acquisition and business stakeholders.
Ensure recruitment systems accurately reflect recruitment activity.
Update trackers and build reports and insights as necessary.

About You
A recognised degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
Minimum 1 year and above of relevant experience recruitment.
Experience in full cycle recruitment with a focus on technical roles such as but not limited to technology or IT and KYC (Know Your Customer)-related positions.
Adept in navigating sourcing platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written skills for interpersonal communication.
