We're looking for a recruiter who knows how to find, engage, and win over great salespeople.

• Build our outbound recruiting system from the ground up
• Uncapped commissions—the more great people you hire, the more you earn

• Find and recruit passive candidates who aren't applying on job sites
• Pick up the phone and directly recruit people
• Build, test, and run outbound recruiting systems
• Book at least 5 qualified Closer Zoom interviews per week on our Sales Manager's calendar
• Place at least 1 Closer every 30 days when we have an open seat
• Own candidates from first contact through the phone screen
• Screen inbound applicants and decide who moves forward
• Keep your candidate pipeline organized and follow up consistently

• Have proven recruiting experience and results
• Have exceptional spoken English
• Are highly engaging and memorable in conversation
• Love talking to people on the phone
• Are excellent at building systems and executing them
• Are constantly looking for smarter ways to recruit using technology
• Take extreme ownership

• Expected total compensation: $1,300–$2,200+ USD/month
• $6 USD/hour base
• Closer hire: $100 when hired + $200 if they make it 30 days
• Other Roles: $50 when hired + $100 if they make it 30 days

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time
• Some after-hours candidate conversations when needed
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Minimum 25 Mbps internet connection
• This is a phone-heavy role—you should genuinely enjoy calling people
