About the Role We're looking for an experienced headhunter to drive candidate pipeline through both cold outreach and warm inbound from paid ads. This is an independent contractor role — you'll own sourcing end-to-end, from list building to candidate handoff, while also working warm leads generated through our ad campaigns. If you live in Apollo and Clay and can run outreach without hand-holding, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Build targeted candidate lists in Apollo based on role-specific criteria
• Enrich and clean data in Clay, layering in signals to prioritize outreach
• Run multi-channel cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn) at scale
• Work warm inbound leads from our paid ad campaigns — fast follow-up, qualification, and handoff
• Screen interested candidates and pass qualified prospects to the hiring team
• Track funnel metrics across both cold and warm channels and iterate on messaging

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience with a track record of placed candidates
• Hands-on proficiency with Apollo (search filters, sequences, list management)
• Hands-on proficiency with Clay (table building, enrichments, waterfalls, AI columns)
• Strong cold outreach copywriting — you know what gets replies
• Comfort working warm inbound leads with speed and a consultative tone
• Self-directed: you set your own pace, hit your numbers, and don't need daily check-ins
• Reliable communicator who flags blockers early
