Job Description

Location: Remote

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Recruiter with a strong understanding of legal recruitment to join our internal team at Teams Squared. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying high-quality talent who not only meet role-specific qualifications but also align with the culture and needs of our clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier legal professionals across diverse practice areas, while also occasionally supporting recruitment for non-legal roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various legal disciplines, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and Teams Squared's standards.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct 1020 screening and qualification calls per day with potential candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates legal qualifications, experience, and suitability for specialized legal roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals globally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and client culture.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Represent Teams Squared professionally and uphold our reputation for quality and integrity in recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree inLaw, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum3+ years of experienceinrecruitment, legal practice, or HRwith a focus on legal roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various legal practice areas and the ability to assess technical legal skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency inspoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through with candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment (this role would be hybrid)
